Alexis Smith is a graduate of George Westinghouse College Prep in Chicago where she was the only student with both a physical and learning disability to take regular classes. She is a member of GlobalGirl Media, a nonprofit that engages young women from under-served communities and teaches them leadership and new media skills. Alexis loves to blog and edit videos for GlobalGirl Media.
