Beijing Principles Set Agenda for Equality

(WOMENSENEWS)–1995. The Beijing Principles are adopted at the Fourth U.N. World Conference on Women. The 38 points in the consensus document affirm the progress women worldwide have made but set out a clear agenda for action to achieve gender equality.
